We send all confirmations via Twilio. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours to arrive. Please check your Spam, Promotions, or other filtered folders if you don’t see it right away.

3. Can I change the date of departure?
Yes, just send us your Reservation ID along with the new date you’d like to go on your excursion. You can:We’ll let you know if the change is possible and confirm once it’s done.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.
5. What happens if weather conditions force a cancellation?
If we must cancel due to unsafe weather, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
