Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to Request a Cancellation & Refund
To cancel your reservation and request a refund, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time (local time at the departure port). Cancellations are only valid if received via one of the following methods:
- Email: XXXX@EMAIL.COM (include your Reservation ID)
- WhatsApp: +385 XXXXXXXXX (include your Reservation ID)
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund: cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- No refund: cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- No‑show: if you fail to show up for your reserved departure, no refund will be issued.
Operator‑Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel your excursion due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other operational reasons, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either:
- Full refund of any amounts paid
- Option to reschedule at no additional cost
Processing Time & Notes
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and any currency conversion delays.
