3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are completed once payment details are provided through Stripe and the transaction is authorized. Stripe charges your card immediately upon booking.
• You will receive a confirmation email (via Twilio) with your Reservation ID—please keep this for your records.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Our cancellation and refund rules are available on our Cancellation Policy page. No‑shows will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and software—is the property of Obrt za putovanja brodom Franjo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of our service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

6.1. Display of First Name

By making a reservation, you consent to our displaying only your first name alongside the time at which the reservation was made. This information may appear on our website, solely to inform other visitors of recent bookings. No other personal details will be shared.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

By participating in our excursions, you acknowledge that boating and related activities involve inherent risks. We provide all required safety equipment (life jackets) and ensure vessels meet safety standards. You agree to:

• Wear and use the safety equipment as instructed at all times.
• Follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our crew.
• Assume full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of any minor in your care.

You hereby release COMPANY XXX, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damage to person or property in connection with your participation in the excursion, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Zagreb, Croatia.
